The chalet is located in the village center, where you will find a grocery store, cozy bars and a sports and playground for children. A cultural highlight is the magnificent baroque church, which is considered a real gem of the village and is just a few steps away from the house.
In autumn, the traditional "Leonardiritt" takes place in the village center, a true symbol of Ladin culture. During the ride in honor of Saint Leonard, the patron saint of horses, you can admire typical traditional costumes and beautifully decorated horses and carriages.
Nature lovers and outdoor enthusiasts will appreciate the proximity to the varied hiking routes and first-class ski facilities. The La Crusc gondola (opening 2025) which can be reached on foot in just a few minutes and the ski slopes which are located just 300m from the chalet directly connect to the renowned Alta Badia ski area and the world-famous Sellaronda.

The chalet for sale is located on the right side and is connected to the smaller chalet via the garage. As the project is still under construction, changes to the floor plans can still be made.
