The island is known as "Valle di Pesca," and its historical origins date back to the time of the ancient Romans from Aquileia.
By the end of the 1990s, the existing buildings were completely renovated, and the main building was equipped and furnished to become an agriturismo.
Today, the island holds licenses for fishing, agriculture, restaurant services, and accommodation. It is equipped with a freshwater well, electricity, and telephone line and covers a private area of 50 hectares.
The four buildings are designated for restaurant and accommodation purposes, totaling 827 square meters. The main building is completed and ready for use, while the other three buildings remain to be finished and personalized.
The island, with its facilities, is ideal for private events, a representative residence, hosting conferences, and also as a prestigious private location that ensures privacy, offering a unique and idyllic setting that evokes strong emotions in a dreamlike environment.
It also serves as an excellent starting point for excursions in the Adriatic Sea and to the islands of Croatia.
